Warm thoughts of Summer

Its now February 28, 2011 and here in Maine we have had Snow just about every week since Christmas or so it seems. I often find myself reflecting on my favorite season summer, but summer also has its draw backs. So let focus on the positives, last summer I had the grand idea of training early in the mornings by the seaside. Below are pictures which serve to to remind myself of exactly how warm Maine can be.

THE WAY OF LIFE

Master Hyatt Quotes, "A man is born gentle and weak. At his death he is hard and stiff. Green plants are tender and filled with sap. At their death they are withered and dry. Therefore the stiff and unbending is the disciple of death. The gentle and yielding is the disciple of life. Thus an army without flexibility never wins a battle. A tree that is unbending is easily broken. The hard and the strong will fall. The soft and weak will overcome." by-Lao-TZU
